New Year Vision Board and Goal Setting Session
At the start of the year, Migrant Haven brought together members of our community for a Vision Board and Goal Setting session, creating a space for reflection, inspiration, and planning for the year ahead.
The session brought together around 20 participants, including volunteers, service users, coordinators, and community members. It was a diverse and welcoming group, with people sharing ideas, experiences, and aspirations for the months ahead.
Through guided activities, participants created personal vision boards, identifying their goals, hopes, and priorities for the year. For many, it was a powerful moment to pause, reflect on their journey so far, and think intentionally about the future they wanted to build.
The atmosphere in the room was full of encouragement and positivity. People shared their ambitions, supported one another, and left the session feeling motivated and inspired.
The session also provided an opportunity for Migrant Haven as an organisation to reflect on our own direction for the year. Through the conversations and insights shared, we were able to identify key priorities that continue to shape our programmes and activities.
It was a simple but meaningful way to begin the year, reminding everyone involved that growth, hope, and opportunity are always possible when people come together with a shared sense of purpose.
